VSP setup has one important naming detail. Follow these steps so orders route correctly.


Practices should inform customer service they want to use Artisan Lab Network for VSP so the lab can set their account up.
After setup, add the lab inside VSP. In all instances, add Pacific Artisan Labs, even if you are using Pike Artisan Labs.
VSP lists the Artisan labs under Pacific Artisan Labs. Orders will still route to the correct Artisan lab just like private pay orders.
